2 Ingredient Mango "Ice Cream"
This one is sure to be a hit for the summer! It is quick and easy to make, is vegan and has only two ingredients. A fair heads up though: mango's are very high in sugar - if you are watching your sugar intake you could switch out the mango for strawberry instead.
To make this all you need is:
- 3 cups of mango (either frozen or fresh)- 1 can of coconut milk
Blend everything together
Place the mixture in a bowl, cover it with foil and put the bowl in the freezer - ideally you would want it to freeze overnight. Take it out the next day and enjoy! PS - it is not very photogenic but it does taste good!
