Homemade Blueberry Lemon Jam

So much healthier than store bought jame full of preservatives and junk; and it is super easy to make!

- 2 cups fresh blueberries

- 1/3 cup manuka honey

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 4 tsp chia seeds

Add everything but the chia seeds to a sauce pan and set to medium heat. Smash the blueberries with a potato smasher and stir everything together. Once everything comes to a boil, add the chia seeds. Once added, pour the mix into a canning jar or Tupperware and refrigerate for about 4 hours (mixture will be runny at first but will harden in the fridge)
