Avocado Black Bean Salad

This salad is perfect for the warm weather - its served cold, its refreshing and best of all its protein packed and easy to make!


You can serve it as a salad or even as a dip at a barbecue. Here's what you need:

- 1 can of low sodium or no sodium black beans

- 1 tomato

- 1 cucumber

- 1 large avocado

- Half cup of chopped red onion

- A splash of lemon & lime

- A pinch of sea salt

- Optional: add some chicken to it too add more protein


Mix everything together, try to mash up the avocado as much as you can. And boom, you're done! Enjoy :)
