High Protein Chicken Black Bean Taquitos with Greek Yogurt Avocado Cream



Another super easy to make meal that is high in protein and perfect for macros 👌🏼


To make the taquitos you need:


  • Ground turkey

  • 1 can of black beans

  • 1 packet of Trader Joe's Taco seasoning

  • 1 cup of water

  • 3-4 Siete almond flour tortillas

  • Air fryer


I cooked everything minus the tortillas in a crockpot for about 2 hours on high. Once the meat was cooked, I took one Siete almond flour tortilla, put a couple spoonfuls of meat into it and rolled it up into a taquito shape. Once I had 3-4 made I put them into the air fryer for 15 minutes until they were crispy.



To make the Greek yogurt avocado cream you need:


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 handful of chopped cilantro

  • Half of a like squeezed

  • 1 large avocado

  • 1 tsp avocado

  • Salt to taste


Mix everything together or blend in a blender - refrigerate for 1 hour for the best taste!


Dip the taquitos into the cream and enjoy! 😋
