Chicken Tortilla Soup

The easiest way to make this delish soup! Perfect for this rainy and cold weather we have going on in California right now.


You'll need:


- 1 QT low sodium chicken stock

- Shredded chicken

- 2 diced tomatoes 

- Handful of chopped cilantro

- 2 chopped celery stalks

- 1 cup diced white onion 

- 3 tsp cumin

-1 jalapeño 

- 2 tsp garlic

- Sliced avocado & tortilla to top- Salt & pepper to taste 



Add all your chopped ingredients & seasonings into a pot and add in your chicken broth.Cover the pot and cook on the stovetop at the lowest heat setting for around 2-3 hours.
