Gluten Free & Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread 🍫🍌

Let’s face it, banana bread is a staple in this quarantine!

I figured out a way to make it a lot healthier than it normally is, check it out 👇🏼

Part 1: Blend the following into a fine powder:

  • 1 cup of certified organic/gluten free oats

  • 3/4 cup (12 tsp) of unsweetened cocoa powder (I used @traderjoes)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Part 2: Blend the following together with everything from part 1:

  • 1 over-ripe banana

  • 3 tsp almond butter

  • 1/2 unsweetened almond milk

Once blended too it with chocolate chips of your choice and cook in your oven for 40 mins. Enjoy!
