Here's another quick, easy and delicious dish that you'll be obsessed with at first bite!
Here's what you need:
- 2 avocados
- A small handful of cilantro
- A splash of lime
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Optional: quinoa or brown rice as a base
Step 1: Cook or grill your chicken
Step 2: In a small bowl place 1 cup of greek yogurt
Step 3: Combine the avocados, cilantro, garlic, lime and salt. I usually just mash everything together in the bowl but you are welcome to use a blender!
Step 4: Top the chicken off with the green goddess dressing and enjoy!
