Pumpkin Spice Oat Cookies

Let’s be honest - cookies are the best! Plus when they are healthy, that’s just an added bonus! 

To make these bad boys you will need: 

- 1 Ripe Banana

- 2 Cups Pumpkin Purée1 cup of chocolate chips (*Note: I used dark chocolate to make it a healthier option and I tasted the bitterness from it. For a sweeter option use a dark chocolate with a very low cocoa percentage or just use milk chocolate*)

- 2 cups of oats (if you are sensitive to gluten use gluten free oats) - 3 tsp pure maple syrup

- 2-3 tsp of cinnamon

- 2 tsp all spice

- 1 tsp baking powder Preheat your oven to 375. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together. After everything is mixed form small-medium ball sizes and place them on a cooking pan. Bake for 20 mins and enjoy!
