Hey everyone! I wanted to share this simple & healthy snack ๐
All you need is:
1 small sweet potato ๐
1 tsp of peanut butter ๐ฅ
A sprinkling of pink himalayan salt ๐ง
Cut your sweet potato in half, microwave for around 5 mins (once it is soft itโs ready). Mash the sweet potato with a fork and add your peanut butter & salt. Thatโs it! ๐๐ป
