Hey everyone! I wanted to share this simple & healthy snack š
All you need is:
1 small sweet potato š
1 tsp of peanut butter š„
A sprinkling of pink himalayan salt š§
Cut your sweet potato in half, microwave for around 5 mins (once it is soft itās ready). Mash the sweet potato with a fork and add your peanut butter & salt. Thatās it! šš»
