Finally 👏🏼 Tried 👏🏼 Baked Feta Pasta 👏🏼
But... I tried to make it on the healthier side 😉 it is so good!
I added red lentil pasta from Trader Joe’s and chicken 👌🏼
- Block of feta cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Your choice of pasta (I used red lentil pasta for a healthier option)
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Your choice of protein
- Cook your pasta
- In an oven safe dish add your tomatoes and feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil, garlic and oregano on top and cook in your oven at 350 for 20-25 mins. - Take the dish out when done cooking and smash the feta and tomatoes together until you get a creamy sauce and add in the basil, protein and pasta.
That’s it! Super easy and delish! 😋
