Blackened Salmon With Zucchini Noodles 🐟🍜
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to make salmon!
To make this seasoning for the salmon you need:
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Sprinkle of cayenne powder (or skip it if you don’t want it a little spicy)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all these seasonings together and pour a little bit of olive oil onto a salmon filet. Run the seasoning mix onto the filet and make sure it sticks! Place your seasoned filets into an air fryer or oven and cook for around 15-20 mins.
For the zucchini noodles I always use the frozen ones from Trader Joe’s! They are so convenient!! You can either microwave them and eat them plain or stir fry them up with a little bit of lemon and olive oil!
