Yes y’all read that right! Avocado fries made healthy without all the breading, oil and frying!
To make these bad boys you need:
- 2 Fresh Avocados (Large Hass)
- Spring Roll Rice Paper Wraps (I found a gluten free brand at Sprouts)
- An air fryer
Take one piece of rice paper, wet it with water and pat dry with a paper towel. Put one slice of avocado into the middle of the rice paper and roll the rice paper around the avocado super tight! Once you have all your avocados wrapped up stick them in the air fryer for 15-20 mins or until crunchy.
