Quick, Easy & Healthy Honey Sesame Chicken
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite things to make! You’d be surprised at how easy it is to make!
To make this you will need:
1-3 chicken breasts (1 if this is just for yourself) - chop the chicken up into small pieces
3-4 tsp of either avocado or extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s coconut aminos (healthy version of soy sauce)
1/2 tsp of Trader Joe’s “everything but the bagel” seasoning
2 tsp manuka honey
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups of steamed veggies of your choice
Combine all ingredients into a pan that you could use for a stir-fry - continuously keep stirring everything together until everything is cooked. If you are using chicken that is already cooked this should go by really quick, if it is raw chicken you might want to cook the chicken a little bit before adding in everything else - otherwise your veggies will cook first and get burned.
